The same can’t be said for what was in the six stacks of manilla folders President-elect Donald Trump schlepped with him to his press conference this week

Trump referred to the stacks, saying that they included some of the documents he’s signed, turning control of his businesses over to his sons.

But not once during the press conference were reporters allowed to see what was inside.

President Barack Obama awarded Vice President Joe Biden the Medal of Freedom, saying that this will give the internet one last chance to joke about their “bromance.”

The Medal of Freedom is the highest civilian award in the U.S.


Trump thanks L.L. Bean, the latest retailer caught between him and his critics

A cryptic tweet about Linda Bean sent Trump denouncers into a frenzy to boycott the Maine-based company, using the hashtag #GrabYourWallet. In the tweet, Trump said “Buy L.L. Bean.”

But the company says it has distanced itself away from Bean, and tries to stay away from politics. Further, many of its products are made overseas, which goes against what Trump campaigned for during the election.

2 members of R&B band Tower of Power hit by train, injured

Tower of Power drummer David Garibaldi and bass player Marc van Wageningen were struck by a train as they were crossing the tracks before a performance in Oakland, California. Both were being treated in a local hospital.
